When changing your LinkBlue password while working remotely, please follow these steps:
- Log into your laptop with the old LinkBlue password
- Connect to GlobalProtect VPN with the new LinkBlue password
- Do a ctrl alt del and LOCK your computer
- Log back into the laptop with the new LinkBlue password
These steps will update windows with your new LinkBlue password. Please note, you may also have to perform DUO 2 factor authentication on any device (i.e. phone, laptop, tablet) that has Outlook or Teams installed now that your LinkBlue password has changed.
