I changed my LinkBlue password, but my computer doesn't take my new password!

When changing your LinkBlue password while working remotely, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your laptop with the old LinkBlue password
2. Connect to GlobalProtect VPN with the new LinkBlue password
3. Do a ctrl alt del and LOCK your computer
4. Log back into the laptop with the new LinkBlue password

These steps will update windows with your new LinkBlue password.  Please note, you may also have to perform DUO 2 factor authentication on any device (i.e. phone, laptop, tablet) that has Outlook or Teams installed now that your LinkBlue password has changed.
